SACRAMENTO: On Sunday March 15-1992 the Sangat crowded in the Darbar (Hall) of the Gurdwara Sahib Ji set an ex ample for the entire Sikh Community. When with JaiKaras they showed utmost unity love and full co-operation for the past and present Management Committee. After the regular service the general meeting stated.
The Election Board of S.Gurmej Singh Birk Sansara Ujagar and S. Jasvinder Pal Singh opened the floor asked for new nominations for all 25 positions of The Board of Directors. The Election Board repeatedly for new Sewadars to come forward and take the management responsibility for the next two years term. But no nominations came from the Sanga.t S.Kulwant Singh Narala Mata Harinder Kaur Bhai Kartar Singh Rattu and S. Onkar Singh Bindra came to the sage for a few minutes each. They whole heartedly thanked the past and present Management Committee and requested it to keep continuing their Sewa for another term of two years. The entire hall was filled with Jai Karas after their resolution. The Election Board then requested the general-secretary S. Bakhshish Singh Banwait to come back on the stage and conclude the remaining of the program.
In this meeting the Sangat also Honored S.Pargan Singh S Jagat Sirye and S.Bakshish Singh Banwait as the newest Patrons of the Gurdwara Sahib Ji.
Sehaj Path Bhog and Prashad & Langar Sewa on this day were provided by S.Jarnail Singh Sandhu & family.
