Milford Mass: Sardar Amarjit Singh Buttar of Conn. S.Manjit Singh Guleria and S.Prithipal Singh Bhakia both of Mass were elected President Secretary and Treasurer respectively of the New England Sikh Study Circle on January 26, 1992. N.E.S.S.C. serves Sikh Sangat from six New England States namely Vermont New Hampshire Maine Massachusetts Connecticut and Rhode Island Also elected for a three year term as trustees were S. Dia Singh of Connecticut Dr. Jano Bahadur Singh Dr.Kanwaljit Singh Anand and S.Trilochan Singh Khalsa all of Massachusetts.

Gurdwara Sahib is located in Milford Mass and a diwan is held every Sunday with Bhai Swaran Singh Ji performing the kirtan Sardar Buta is treasurer of W.S.O. International. Member Executive W.S.0. (USA) Justice of Peace in Connecticut and was also recently re-elected to another two-year term of the Vernon Democratic Town Committee.

Sardar Guleria lives in Massachusetts and Sardar Bhatia who also lives in Massachusetts were reelected Treasurer in recognition of his exceptional services to the N.E.S.S.C.

Also appointed were Dr.Susjt Singh Manaktala as Vice President Prem Amrit Singh Assistant Secretary and S.Nazar Singh Dhillon as Assistant Treasurer.
