NEW DELHI -Security measures have been strengthened in the northern Indian state of Punjab following intelligence reports of Pakistani plans to subvert the election process in the state.
Highly placed official sources quoting central intelligence agencies said they had received information of some meetings that we held in Pakistan by Punjab militant is where measures 10 foil the February 19 elections were discussed.
