OTTAWA: Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation identified lack of exercise as the fourth major risk factor for heart disease and stroke, The research show that an inactive person was a 19 times higher risk Of developing blood Vessel disease than someone who gets modest regular exercise. This is in the same Order of risk as high blood pressure and smoking. Anthony Graham, president of the Heart and Stroke Foundation said that 10% of Canadians get no regular physical exercise.
