JAMMU: A trans-border smuggler and militant of Khalistan Commando Force (KCR), of Jammu, Mohinder Singh Pappi, was nabbed by the Punjab police, in Gurdaspur district, according to the police officials here.
Mohinder Singh Pappi, who had escaped police custody, for the Past few years was involved in more than a hundred cases of killings, kidnappings, and extortions.
According to the police officials here, the Punjab police arrested Pappi from a farm house in Village Ghana of Gurdaspur district. The Punjab police party also conducted raids here in Symbol Camp area to nab other accomplices of the militant.
