CHANDIGARH: The central administration tribunal early this week dismissed a petition filed by Gurdeep KaurSekhon1.A.S.challenging the Punjab government’s memorandum of November 1990. The memorandum seeks to take action against her for making illegal allotment of plots while she was secretary of housing and urban development department. She pleaded that no plots were allotted to ineligible persons and that no misconduct was involved, The bench said that the Punjab government enquiry could not be held to be actuated by ill will.
