It is a great pleasure to congratulate the World Sikh New: on the seventh anniversary of its publication. For the past seven years you have reported with dedication on the struggle for human rights in the Punjab. The reports in World Sikh News are extremely valuable to me as I lead the fight in the U.S. Congress for human rights in India.
