AMRITSAR: Four militant out fits allies of the Panthic Committee Dr. Sohan Singh have alleged that Bhai Kashmir Singh alia Baba Balkar Singh who was arrested with Bhai Baghel Singh Khalsa was killed in a “fake” encounter.
In a statement here Friday chief of the Khalistan Liberation Force Bhai Gurjnt_—_Singh Budh Singh wala chief of the Khalistan Commando Force Bahi Parmajit Singh Panjwar he BTK Bhai Rachhapal Singh Chhadran and the president of the Sikh S dents Federation Bhai Daljit Singh had already expressed apprehension that Bhai Kashmir Singh would be “killed” on the pretext of recovering weapons.
Meanwhile according to a Press note issued by Bhai Ripudaman Singh a joint meeting of the Panthic Committee (Manochahal) and its allied tour militant outfits was held under the chairmanship of Baba Gurbahan Singh Manochahal which was also-attended by Dr.Daler Singh Butter Bhai Fateh Singh Bhai Sulkhan Singh KCF chief Bhai Yadvinder Singh Yadoo Bhai Balwinder Singh Shahpur Bhai Haram Singh and Bhai Surjit Singh of the BIF. The meeting alleged that Bhai Manjit Singh U.P. was tortured to death after his arrest and condemned it.
Baba Manochahal appointed Bhai Fateh Singh Wariara as General in place of Bhai Hira Singh Wariara Bhai Wariam Singh Hira as area commander and Bhai Hira Singh Amritsari as Lt-General of UP in place of Bhai Manjit Singh.
