Dear Editor

Early in 1989, Yogi Bhajan publicized in your column that the year would be good for the Sikh nation because the total of the digits in divisible by 9. Opposite had happened. The Sikh nation had rather to make more sacrifices since then. I wrote in your column that his prophesy was a bluff and it turned out to be that.

The other day I read “Sikhism and Tactic Yoga” by Dr. Trilochan Singh. He writes “The path of Tantra (taught by Yogi Bhajan) in the antithesis of the path of Sikhism” P3. However Yogicalls his disciples the true Khalsa, and claims to have done something what Guru Gobind Singh did not do.

“In my personal experience as gross human body, it is the first time in the world the real perfect shape of the Khalsa came into existence. It did not happen in the time of Gur Gobind Singh” P85. “Guru Gobind Singh forgot somewhere to write that the Khalsa shall do Pooram Praan Tapaa”…P86 (which he is telling for the first time).

No wonder that 80 of the 84 disciples whom he took to India for the first time left him to be what they were. Recently, if one follows Khalsa family Visions, there seems a great awakening among the “American” Sikhs. The Vision is published by the “people of consciousness” c/o Japji Singh Khalsa 1390 Waller St,, San Francisco, CA 94117. Its 9th issue was confiscated at winter solstice (Dec.1991). I pray “Let the American Sikhs know the path of Sikhism by getting out of the Tantic Yoga.”
