MOHALE: The Punjab School Education Board has decided to introduce a new scheme of studies for open school students to achieve 100% literacy in the state.
Prof. Harlal Singh, Director, Academic, said as per the scheme, the students, who have not passed the middle standard pass, can appear for the general foundation course which is equivalent to middle standard course.
