NEW DELHI: India’s communally colored Supreme Court dis missed an application from the central government seeking slay of operation of a judgment of the Allahabad high court which had Suspended an Indian government notification banning the extreme fascist R.S.S. The vacation S.C. judge S.P. Bharucha said that the high court judgment would prevail only for 10 days as the tribunal has to pronounce on the merits of the case soon.
