Nobody would be spared today) invaded his locality, But when the police came, he Says, instead of targeting the rioters they fired at him. “The bullet pierced my arm and entered the chest. I fell down.”

The Voluntary Medical Genter which comprises, among others, a gynecologist and an orthopedic Surgeon, was operating in the Janata Maziloor Colony and other areas of Seelampur (East Delhi) during the December 1992 rots.
