All the individuals, political organizations as well as the management committees of various Gurudwaras that have been giving their fullest support and cooperation to the Sikh liberation movement, for all of them, we humbly convey a heartfelt gratitude. Once our goal is achieved the fond memories of your selfless assistance will be cherished for times to come. However, there are some management committees such as those of Thailand, Malaysia, few in Singapore and few more that have been leaning heavily on various Indian Embassies in their respective countries which we would like to condemn. After all, Gurudwaras are religious and holy places and their premises should not be exploited for the use of political games by the unrecognized Indian government. The management committees who are reluctant and not willing to sympathize can give their criticism. But, nevertheless, we will expect that these Gurdwara management committees show their full support for our noble and religious cause. Although, these management committees are regularly engaged in various social and charitable activities when it comes to assist Sikh’s they simply put down their face and side step from their moral duties.
In spite of the circumstances that have befallen us, militants, fighting against tyranny, for our beloved homeland ‘Khalistan,’ have not been shaken from our original goals. We once again take the path and vow to continue our endless Struggle to achieve Khalistan. Knowing full well the tactics of guerrilla warfare we, the militants have now slowed down offensive Operations and are planning to strike back under a new and reformed strategy, so as (o attain astonishing results.
