AMRITSAR, Punjab, India: The local unit of A.LSS.F. (Gunjt Faction) gave a call for strike on Monday and Tuesday in all the colleges of Amritsar district against the arrest of AJSS.F. Secretary Jasbir Singh “Jang” in Jullundur district, Mr. Harminder Singh Atwal and Tarlok Singh, President and General Secretary, respectively and Mr. Amarjit joint statement said that the arrest of Mr. Jang has not so far been publically announced by the police and feared evil intentions of the State police.
