CHANDIGARH: Punjab Governor NK Mukharji has said that the political situation in Punjab was still fluid and the proposal to hold assembly polls needed to be reviewed in January.
The Governor in an interview said the political uncertainty in the state could not go on and the earlier the political process was restored the better. However he said some leaders had been just released and they would need time to take stock. He took over as Governor only a few days ago and it would be some time to assess things he said.
