GUWAHATI: At least 19 persons were killed and several injured when a mini bus skidded off the road and fell into a ditch at Raha, 20 km from Nagaon in Assam.
Official sources said there that all the 19 bodies were recovered.
Assam Chief Minister Prafulla Mahanta expressed shock at the accident and instructed the authorities to extend all help to the next of kin of the deceased.
