NEW DELHI: R.K. Dhawan, officer on special duty in the Prime Minister’s office, has resigned. Official sources said Dhawan’s resignation was accepted with effect from November 30. Dhawan, who had served Indira Gandhi for a long period, was brought back into the Prime Minister’s office by Rajiv Gandhi early this year after a gap of four years.
