Recommendations to him on the nomination of Second District candidates for admission to the US. Air Force Academy at Colorado Springs, U.S. Military Academy at West Point, U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, NY.
The 1989 Committee includes Mr. George Thackery, a rancher and member of the Siskiyou County Board of Supervisors from Anderson; and Mrs. Mary Richey, active in Chico community and Civic affairs.
