NEW YORK: An all India Sikh Student Federation activists. Iqbal Singh of Jalandhar district ‘was granted political asylum in the New York court of Justice Page on October 24.
Iqbal Singh was arrested on November 5, last year. He was represented by Attorney Ms. Amy Nussbaum Gell, Iqbal Singh said he had been greatly helped by various Sikh organizations and Dr. Aulakh of the Council of Khalis tan.
