MADRAS: The Madras High Court on Nov. 3 granted conditional stay of any action proposed by the CBI, New Delhi, like the search of the office and residential premises of N. Ram, Associate Editor of the Hindu in connection with in publication of certain documents required by the CBI relating to the kickbacks issue report PTI.
