NEW DELHI, Nov. 30, Reuter: At least 23 people were burned to death when a Passenger train caught fire on Saturday night about 300 km southwest of Delhi, the Press Trust of India (PTI) reported.

According to the news agency, the fire broke out in a second-class sleeper coach on the Ajmer Delhi overnight train near Kishangarh in Rajasthan state.

Fire brigades battled the blaze for three hours.

About 30 people were injured and 14 of them were in hospital in serious condition, the agency said.
