AMRITSAR, Punjab, India: Various organizations have united on a common platform to achieve the goal of Khalistan, it was formally announced here. The announcement was made by Lt, General Maan Singh Maan of the Khalistan Liberation Force on behalf of his chief, Avtar Singh Brahma, Representatives of the five members Panthic Committee.
The Khalistan Commando Force, the Bhindranwale Tiger Force of Khalistan and the AISSF (G) who asked not to be identified, were among those present, this is the first press conference by freedom fighters in recent times.
Criticized the Government’s effort to thwart the unity bid between the freedom fighters. He dubbed media reports which had recently stated that the KLF was ‘opposed to any criticism of the acting chief of the Akal Takht, Mr. Darshan Singh as “planted”. He said that the KLF was working along with other organizations under the sole command of the Panthic Committee for “nothing less than Khalistan”.
