DHAKA, Oct. 2, Reuter: Eleven people who shot and stabbed a village headman to death in a property feud in April last year, have been sentenced to life imprisonment, police said on Friday.
Judge Nurul Islam said in his verdict on Thursday that Nawab Ali Mir, 50; died of bullet and knife wounds received when the _11 raided his home in Southern Daulatpur District.
Mir’s son and nephew were also seriously injured in the attack, police said.
