He said in a statement that the Committee has not adopted any resolution on the subject. The Director General of Police, J.F. Rebedro) gave his own version of the encounters and two other participants representing political parties said that there was need for severest action to curb violence,
Court Judge D.L, Rocuka has ordered the in camera court trial of the alleged assassins of Gen. Vaidya. The Court also held that prosecution was entitled to interrogate Harinder S, Jinda who is undergoing treatment in Delhi hossnital.
