CHANDIGARH, India: Ludhiana Additional District Session Judge, R.N. Anand and his guard were shot at and seriously wounded. One was killed and two others wounded. While 1.6 lakhs were looted in three separate incidents on Dec 15 .
Two persons were killed and two others injured including a C.R.P.F. jawans in different incidents on December 21.
