NEW DELHI, India, Reuter, Dec. 14; Nearly 30 people drowned today when their boat collided with another vessel and sank only 16 yards (meters) from Elephant a Island off the Bombay coast, the Press Trust of India (PTI) reported.
PTI said two people were rescued from the Arabian Sea where the boat sank, but it gave no other details.
