NEW DELHI, Nov. 17, Reuters: A boat ferrying about 100 pilgrims home from a temple in the north Indian state of Rajasthan capsized and 43 people were drowned, the Press Trust of India (PTI) said today.
PTI said the boat capsized yesterday on the Parwan River, about 400 km (250 miles) south of New Delhi. The victims included 24 children and 18 women it said.
