Dr.Mangat’s distinguished career includes being one of the finalists for the National Association of Private Psychiatric Hospitals (NAPPH) President and award for excellence in Psychiatry in 1986He is currently the clinical director of DePaul Northshore HospitalLocal Sikh community is proud of him for receiving the award from the local mayor for his humanitarian service to the mental health of elderly people This year, like last year, he is arranging free food to the homeless people or Guru Nanak’s birthday Noy 13th 89.
