Sikh Foundation of Virginia (SFV) Is holding its first seminar; the topic is: Viable Solution for Punjab issue / Human Rights In Punjab India
When: November 1], 1989
Where: Gurdwara Sahib 7250 W, OX Rd, Fairfax Station, VA 22039
Time: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Educators, historians, theologians, human rights activists of all faiths, are Invited to participate and speak on the above topic. Each speaker will have 30 minutes for a formal presentation followed by G I5minutes questions and answer period (a total of 10 speakers will be selected), Detailed Instructions and a seminar schedule will be mailed to each selected speaker by October 30, 1989.
Speakers are requested to send q one page abstract) it paper to the above address by October 15, 1989. Camra ready copy of the full paper will be due by November 6, 1989. SFV plans to publish all papers (along with discussions) in the seminar Proceedings. The authors should also a 2*2 photo and a brief bio data.
Sikh Foundation of Virginia will make arrangements for the boarding and lodging of all out-of-town participants and attending families.
