DELANO: Karamjit K. Dhillon, has been selected as Tiger of the month on the bases of Academics, citizenship activities, and all around traits.
Dhillon has achieved life membership in the California Scholarship Federation and has gained honor roll each semester. She is an Order of the Shielf Athenaian. She is also a member of Computer Club, Future Homemakers of America and formerly the Live Wire. Out of school she plays harmonium and sings in the church choir. After graduation she hopes to attend Bakersfield College or College of the Sequoias to transfer to Sacramento State, majoring in predentistry and minoring in biology.
Dhillon has been chosen to receive 1984 public services scholarship and has also been awarded $100.00 based on Athenian points by Athenian Scholarship Committee.
Karamjit Dhillon is daughter of S. Ajmer Singh Dhillon and Gurmail Kaur Dhillon of Delano.
