BOMBAY: The Bombay Police have been restrained from arresting Rahul Singh, Editor of the Sunday Observer Ashwin Shah, Managing Director of the Jalco Press Private Limited the printers, and his father Jaman Shah, by the Bombay High Court in connection with an article in the weekly paper on April 9.
Justice R.A. Jahagirdar on Thursday directed that the three should not be arrested till May 22 when the matter would come up for hearing. The order was secure don Singh and others, seeking release criminal bail application filed by in the event of their arrest.
