CHANDIGARH, India: Mr. Jagjiwan Ram, 78, died at Delhi, after virtually struggling with death for two weeks. A former central minister and Congress (I) president during the turbulent days of 1969. Mr. Jagjiwan Ram went in deep coma the night before his death. The veteran leader was shattered after the death of his only son, Mr. Suresh Kumar, who died last year following a heart attack. A three days mourning was declared as a mark of respect to Mr. Jagiiwan Ram. The President and the Prime Minister will attend the funeral of Mr. Jagjiwan Ram in Chandua in Ropar District of Bihar, according to official sources:
