CHANDIGARH, India: The Central Reserve Police Force guard was killed and a Delhi police personnel was seriously injured when an unidentified persons fired at the residence of Mrs., Gurbinder Kaur Barar, leader of the opposition in the Punjab Assembly at Delhi on July 4th, The guard was declared dead and been removed to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. The condition of Satinderpal Singh was stated to be serious. The incident occurred’ at about 9:30 am outside the residence of Mrs. Brar, The case is being investigated. The police said that a manhunt has been launched to nab the culprit. The police declined to give any details.
