BOSTON — Dr. Manohar Singh Grewal, President WSOUSA condemned the brutal! police action against the peaceful Sikh marchers in Chandigarh. In a telegram to the Chief Minister Punjab, he also urged the Punjab government to “stop the Shiv Sena from Provoking communal hatred and violence in Punjab”.
Through another telegram to Baba Joginder Singh, the WSO USA President extended on behalf Of the organization “deepest sympathy at the tragic loss of Bhai Jagiit Singh”, He further added “We pray to Waheguru to bless his soul and give strength and courage to your family and Sikh Panth to bear this loss and continue the struggle for the Sikh cause, I wish to reaffirm our continued support to the United Akali Dal, Damdami Taksal and the All India Sikh Student Federation”
