MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay Guru Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh left Uruguay today for Rio de Janeiro, the seventh stop on his international odyssey since he was forced to leave the United States.
‘An official in the international airport in Carrasco, Uruguay, said 2 private plane carrying the guru and his entourage departed this morning for Rio.
Rajneesh, who has been circling the globe in search of a permanent home, stayed in Uruguay 36 hours but could not be found in any hotel in Montevideo.
Sources in the Interior Ministry said they were “pretty sure” he ‘was in the coast a resort of Punta del Este, but “we cannot confirm it”
