NEW DELHI: The Congress I spokesman, Mr M.J. Akbar, Dec 12 said that no party man was involved in communal riots in Hyderabad as alleged by the chief minister, Dr. Chenna Reddy but admitted there had obviously been administrative lapses in dealing with the situation.
