NEW DELHI: Vital Swiss Bank documents relating to A E Services, an accused front company in the Swedish Bofors guns payoffs case, are likely to be handed over to the Indian embassy at Berne early next week, official sources said here Dec 1.
The decision to hand over the papers to the Indian authorities was taken after the Zurich investigating judge, Dieter Jan, ordered on Nov 29 that the A E Services papers be transferred to the federal police office in Berne, the sources said.
