BOMBAY: Well-known actor Vinod Mehra, died Monday night at his home in this western Indian metropolis after a heart attack. He was 45.
Mehra is survived by his wife and daughter.
The funeral procession will leave the actor’s residence Tuesday morning from Union Park, Pali Hill in Bandra, family sources said.
Vinod Mehra acted in more than 100 films, prominent among, them being Dada, Ghar, Ailan, Anurag, Amar Prem and Parde Ke Peeche.
He was directing a film “Gurdev,” which is still under production.
