YUBA CITY: The spacious and artistically decorated hall at the fairground here, was overflowing with the guests, who responded to the invitations of S. Jaswant Singh Bains and Mrs. Satwant Kaur Baanis to celebrate the birth of their of0n, Master Sat Paul Bains on the evening of April 6, 1989.
The atmosphere was that of a mini Mela when the young men and women took to the floor and danced to the tune of music and melodious songs presented by world famous Golden Star Group of Maliat Singh, who came all the way from England to entertain the invitees. The cultural presentation by Malkiat and Paramjit Pammi made this evening enjoyable and memorable as well. This atmosphere even tempted the seniors to recall their youth and take to the floor, to rub their shoulders with their younger generations.
The most interesting aspect of this colorful evening was that the entire Bains family headed by S. Dilbagh Singh Bains and S. Didar Singh Bains were seen serving the guests in a humble and respectful.
