CHANDIGARH: Col Partap Singh Gill, former Lieut Governor of Goa, today suggested that Mr. Parkash Singh Badal, Mr. Simranjit Singh Mann and Bhai Manjit Singh should be shifted to Punjab jails and put on an open trial on whatever the charges against them.
