PATIALA: Three senior leaders of the Akali Dal Mann have urged the party president to order thorough screening of all office bearers to weed out anti-social elements from the organization.
In a joint statement Nirmaljit Singh, Mohan Singh and Amar ‘Singh mentioned certain workers of the party who had recently been arrested on charges of extortion. This had tarnished the image of the Dal they said.
