CHANDIGARH: Superintendent of Police Nachattar Singh of the Intelligence Bureau was gunned down in Sector 33 here on June 5. According to police source two men went to the officers flat and called him out to discuss an “important matter.” As the SP stepped out he was shot several times from close range. He died on the spot.
Incidentally, it was in the same flat that Mr. Katoch DIG prisons ‘was gunned down two years ago.
