NEW DELHI: V.P Singh, Fri day ruled out any talks with Pakistan on normalization of relations till it stopped inciting insurgency in India.

“There is no question of any talk between the two countries till Pakistan stops inciting in assurgency in India,” Singh said while returning to Delhi after attending an all-party meeting on Punjab at Amritsar.

V.P Singh accused Pakistan of regularly supplying arms, ammunition and even drugs to militants operating in Punjab and Kashmir.

He said Pakistan had moved a large number of troops on the borders as also its radars.
