NEW DELHI: Pakistan has denied that five soldiers were killed in the Poonch sector in an exchange of fire with Indian soldiers on Thursday.
In a bulletin Radio Pakistan said on Friday that the report about the killing of soldiers published in section of the Indian press was false.
The radio did not give any further details.
A Jammu report had said that five Pakistan soldiers and one India security forces man were killed when Pakistani troops resorted to unprovoked firing for the third day on Thursday.
