NASIK: Group captain AV Awalegaonkar, deputy chief test pilot of the Hindustan aeronautics limited Hal Nasik Division was killed on Friday when a MIG 27M aircraft he was flying crashed into the Ojhar air field, about 21 kms from here, according to official sources.
