CHANDIGARH: A senior leader of the BJP and Vice President of the RSS Sat Prakash Prabhakar was among 11 people killed on March 16 PTI reports.
Prabhakar was gunned down in Rajpura in Patiala, His friend Nand Lal was seriously wounded, police reports said,.
A complete strike was observed in the town.
Head constable Kuldip Singh and Constable Darshan Singh were killed near village Burji Chowk in Tarn Taran Saturday.
