IMPHAL: In a fast developing political situation, the seven party united legislature front leader, Raj Kumar Ranabir Singh was sworn in.as the 12th chief minister of Manipur by state governor Chintamani Panigrghi here Friday evening.
Ranabir Singh is the first non-Congress (I) chief minister in Manipur in the past ten years.
Along with him, five other ministers, four cabinets and one minister of state, were also sworn in.
