LOS ANGELES, CA: A marriage is always a memorably Occasion in the life of a couple. One such occasion which left an indelible imprint, because of large turnout of the guests Sanctity of its religious rites and grand reception hosted by bride and groom’s family. The Marriage of S. Amritpal Singh s/o Flying officer S. Waryam Singh Sra with Bibi Damanjit Kaur daughter of S. Paul Singh Dhillon and Sardarni Jaspal Kaur Dhillon. The ceremony was held at Sikh Gurdwara Lankershim North Hollywood (L.A) on January 20.
The beautifully decorated Gurdwara hall was packed to capacity. A large number of friends and relatives responded to the invitations of both the families.
Later in the evening Dhillon family hosted big reception in a tastefully decorated Kenwood Hall in Glendale. A music group entertained the guests with their melodious songs. Some young and enthusiastic guests took to the floor and danced to the tune of the music.
The guests enjoyed the hospitality of Dhillons up to midnight, till the dancers felt completely tired.
Amritpal’s illustrious father flying officer Waryam Singh retired from Indian Air Force recently and now he is settled at Chandigarh.
World Sikh news congratulates the couple and wishes them a long and happy prosperous life. S. Paul Singh Dhillon donated $1,000 to WSN on this happy occasion.
