Sir,
The Sikh place of worship is historically called a “Gurdwara”’. It is neither a temple nor a church, these two terms have very different meanings, It is time for the word “Gurdwara” to take its rightful place in the lexicon of words which describe a place of worship. Kindly stop using the word temple with the “Gurdwara” or the “Durbar Sahib” in future in your newspaper. This hurts the Sikh sentiment.
