HISAR: Jan 31 (PTI) The Haryana police served a seven day “arrest notice” on Ugra Sen, a nephew of the Union Agriculture Minister, Mr.Bhajan Lal, against whom a case has been registered on the charge of theft of canal water in Mohamadpur Rohi village.
Police said on Tuesday the notice has been served because Ugra Sen had obtained interim bail from the Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh.
Meanwhile, five other people charged along with Ugra Sen have been arrested. They have been identified as Het Ran, Hans Rai Subash, Krishan and Sarjit Singh.
